Endeavour Foundation Centre

Construction of an 11m x 11m clean room extension, incorporating dual ceiling heights to accommodate both racking and production areas. The structure is built using 100mm EPS insulated panels with a slip joint system, ensuring thermal efficiency and structural integrity. The clean room is designed and constructed to comply with Australian Standards for product manufacturing environments. A dual-height ceiling design has been implemented, with a connecting bulkhead to provide a seamless and uniform finish throughout the space. The facility includes strategically positioned viewing windows, allowing for external inspection without the need to enter the workspace, thereby minimising the risk of product contamination. Access is provided via fully sealed custom sliding doors and personnel doors, maintaining the integrity of the controlled environment.
